For $59 the program will sort your VA claim files into subfolders (e.g. “Agency Decisions,” “Lay Statements,” “Service Treatment Records,” etc.) and rename primary documents to reflect the date and type of document (e.g. 2022 01 24 Rating Decision). The $59 is a flat rate per claim file regardless of number of documents or total pages.
First an advanced Optical Character Recognition (OCR) process is applied to each page. This ensures that regardless of how the document was scanned by VA, every line of text (including some handwriting) can be searched, highlighted, copied, and pasted.
Then each file is categorized and renamed. DBQs are named according to the type of exam. This allows you to drill down on agency decisions, rapidly identify CUEs, and quickly understand the strengths and weaknesses in your client’s case.
The program can only sort claim files as they are downloaded from eFolder Express. It cannot sort the single-pdf claim files that VA physically mails on a disc.
No human other than you ever sees your files. The only access is via your login credentials.
The first claim file is free.
After a claim file is sorted, you’ll receive an e-mail notification with a download link.
You have 30 days to download the sorted file.

We take seriously your and your clients’ privacy. The processing is done completely on an encrypted server. The program is hosted on Amazon Web Service, the same platform used by countless hospitals, banks, and major companies to store and process their sensitive information. The only access to your files is via the login created by you. Files are stored for 30 days after which they are permanently erased from the system.
The first file (regardless of size) is on us. Create an account here to upload your first claim file.
